.tga texture problem?

i downloaded some models from this site however, when i extract the zip file, try to either open the mqo models with metaseq, or open the tga textures, these files(often with higher resolution) are unable to load or turn out in a mess. i know here(http://amenotuki.net/mmViewerReference/main.html#texture) it says: "tga 32bit24bit(RLE)"
and now i wonder how you guys made these textures and what tools i should use to explore/edit them

そのtextureで正常だよ。 私の環境だとちゃんと表示されてるよ? (Windows XP SP3, GeForce GTX 285, Metasequoia Ver.2.5 Beta13)
制作にはLightWaveのplug-inの "FI's_UVChalk","FI's_PatchyUV" を使ってる

不正版ってなんじゃらほい?
メタセコ? mqoを開くだけならレジストしてなくてもいけるしな〜
mmViewer? すごいきのうの付いた改造版が出回ってるとか?
Windows? 不正版を使うとこんな表示になるの?
